Description:Responsibilities: Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant and bookstore, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. They will develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability, with a focus on driving bookstore sales and maximizing the restaurants potential. Effective team leadership and ongoing training will be crucial to create a positive work environment and deliver exceptional service. Menu and inventory management will involve collaborating with the culinary team to create a menu that complements the bookstore theme and overseeing optimal stock levels. The Manager will manage the bookstores inventory, implement marketing strategies to promote book sales, and provide excellent customer service. Marketing initiatives, partnerships, and social media engagement will be essential for increasing footfall and revenue. Health and safety compliance, as well as community engagement through events and relationships with literary enthusiasts, authors, and book clubs, will also be part of the Managers responsibilities.Qualifications:1.Philippine/India national preferred.2.Maximum age not more than 40 years.3.Previous managerial experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably with exposure to retail or bookstore management.4.Strong understanding of restaurant operations and bookstore management, including inventory control and sales optimization.5.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets.6.Strong marketing and promotional abilities, with experience in utilizing social media platforms.7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
