Restaurant SupervisorJob Location : UAE:?Support the Manager in maintaining a high professional standard of performance and to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant?s operation?Supervise the work of the team members by providing guidance and coaching when needed?Assign duties to team members and oversee/monitor their development?Resolve conflicts among team members and handle complaints of customers?Sustain effective relationship between the Manager and team members?Take an active role by welcoming the new team members, assisting on their training, and participating fully in all ongoing other trainings?Provide initiative and support towards the growth and development of the team?Aware of all relevant legislation and ensure that all legal requirements are met, including licensing, Health and Safety at work, Fire Precautions, Manual Handling, and others?Follow Eathos rules, regulations, policies, and standards?Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the Food Hygiene and Dubai Municipality guidelinesRequirements :?Must have two to three years of experience as Restaurant Supervisor in UAE?Must have a strong personality and outstanding leadership skills?Must have great communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills?Must maintain high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness?Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
