The hotel includes 390 guest rooms and suites, highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets, and elegant meeting rooms.We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for you to join our enthusiastic team as Restaurant Manager for Italian cuisine Restaurant.As the Restaurant Manager, you will manage the restaurant operations achieving business objectives through customer focused service delivery, promotes the desired work culture and ensure customer service is at its best. You will be responsible for maximizing all revenue opportunities through effective teamwork, and overseeing overall levels of courtesy, service and cleanliness in the restaurant area. You will be able to understand, interpret and assess diverse outlet P&Ls. You will work closely with the EAM i/c F&B to deliver improvement in the Restaurant operation and drive revenues. You will be required to ensure that all colleagues are adequately trained and developed.The successful candidate is expected to be an experienced leader with hands on style in leading & ability to positively coach and motivate the team to success. Previous experience in authentic Italian Restaurant is a must. One who understands and can deliver on the expectations of upscale service from a guest perspective and demonstrated financial results within similar size restaurant operation. Someone with a high ability to influence, sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and understands the competitive market.
