Inspiring us to create warm and sophisticated experiences for those seeking a richer perspective on the world.Set to open in Q4 2022, InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi, will consist of total 130 units, most one of them with the breathtakingly views of the beach with spacious balconies, while remaining overlook the marvellous city of Abu Dhabi. InterContinental Residences has a private beach front with more than 30 sun loungers, outdoor Jacuzzi, kids pool and the gym facility with the latest technology. Guests will enjoy an array of food and beverage facilities with an indoor/outdoor all day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, in room dining and pool bar. Likewise, conventional meeting facilities and underground parking.Join us as a Restaurant Manager for our All Day Dining restaurant at InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi! While we are on a pre-opening phase, some of your main role responsibilities are:

  • In partnership with the Culinary Department, identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue.
  • Implement operational manuals, brand service standards and job descriptions for the restaurant.
  • Assist F&B in charge to recruit key members of own team.
  • Assist F&B in charge with design of required SOPs
  • Ensure that the facilities are well set up, logistics are available and the right quality of human resources are recruited, trained, and made enthusiastically ready for the opening as per deadlines from Owning company, IHG, and General Manager.
In order to be considered for this role, ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:
  • Preferably qualification in Hospitality Management.
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position or a related field with a proven record of accomplishment or success.
  • Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel company is essential, pre-opening experience as an asset.
  • Vast technical and financial skills, detailed knowledge of food and beverage, and its specialty concept are essential for this role as well as a proven track record in launching new concepts and promotions, training, and developing staff.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, particularly to deal effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • High level of energy and drive to achieve operational and business goals
