Job Description

Ensures the restaurants operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining a high standard of food, service, health and safety in order to meet customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.

  1. Responsible for restaurant?s overall operation
  • Ensuring franchise standards are met
  • Company policies and procedures are followed
  • Guest are serve quickly and efficiently
  1. Prepares report/inventory at the end of the shift/week/month including staff control, food control and sales.
  2. Controls cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, ensuring high quality of preparation
  3. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies
  4. Monitor sales comparison and cash flow in the restaurant
  5. Ensures food quality, increase on sales and high customer retention
  6. Maintains cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  7. Prepares payroll, staff schedule and staff cross training.
Comply with all municipality and health and safety requirement.
