Restaurant HostessJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:•Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and Team Members. - Answers questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation information.•Greets newly guests in a friendly and timely manner.•Opening / Closing the restaurant BOH & FOH.•Resolving guests’ questions and grievances in Professional manner.•Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations BOH & FOH.•Filling and recording all daily reports, cash, credit, wastage, breakage, spoilageetc.•Following standards and SOP, on the floor.•Checks back after delivery of food to ensure guest satisfaction.•Gives a warm farewell and invites guests to return.•Attends shift meetings according to shift schedule.•Adheres to company’s sanitation procedures.•Always portrays a favorable image of Capital Motion Restaurants.
