Supplying companies (FMCG) across Middle East and North Africa.?As a result of their expansion we are seeking a Technical Mechanical Engineer.?The Key role, reporting to the Maintenance / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technological equipment in order to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on a dedicated area by implementing preventative, predictive (CBM-Condition Based Maintenance & TBM-Time Based Maintenance) and corrective maintenance activities. Should implement all reactive and proactive maintenance activities according to maintenance policy, plans and schedules. At dedicated area responsible for cutting out waste, whilst ensuring quality.?Responsibilities?? Accountable for technical problem identification, developing and implementing solutions to provide consistent, reliable, technically proper condition of dedicated technological equipment? Responsible for developing and timely implementation of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance plans? Should cultivate planned maintenance activities by means of launching and implementing LEAN instruments at dedicated area? Performs in-depth analysis of all breakdowns and other technical problems at dedicated area with further countermeasures developing and timely implementation? Takes part at equipment repair? Create technical procedures, manuals, SOP?s and OPL?s to develop knowledge of maintenance and production staff? Create schemes, drawings and other technical documents for parts and components manufacturing? Take care about technical documentation at responsible area? Make analysis of essential spare parts and consumables in order to keep sufficient quantity at stock? Responsible for TAG and Work Order timely execution at responsible area? Care for essential tools, devices and consumables to repair and maintain technological equipment? Take an active participation at implementation of investment and non-investment projects? Make proposals for technological equipment upgrades and improvements? Develop technical documentation within the scope of equipment upgrades and improvements? Execute equipment upgrades and improvements at responsible area
