Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Life Supervisor, The ideal candidate will have a background in managing residential facilities and ensuring a positive living environment for residents.Technical Specifications of the Job:Work System:

  • Shift System: Work is on a 4-shift system for 8 hours per shift.
  • Working Days: 5 working days with 2 days off.
  • Flexible Hours: Work can be extended as needed, including during student holidays, but will not exceed specified times.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support residents, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
  • Conduct and coordinate student development programs and activities.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage daily operations of the residential facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance student welfare.
