Job Description

Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage large scale construction project, ensuring that all works are performed in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will act as the on-site technical expert, coordinating between the design engineering team, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the key liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Manage regular site inspections and audits to enforce safety regulations and maintain quality control measures.
  • Manage the Review of engineering documents to ensure accurate execution of construction work, providing technical guidance to the team as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
