Job Description

Reservations Manager AssistantLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market related Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets. We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager with experience in a reputable hotel in the United Arab Emirates Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within the hotel?s policies, procedures and standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests
  • Access and interpret Human Resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation
  • Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests? expectations are anticipated and exceeded
  • Manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems
  • Maintain the data integrity of the Property Management System with respect to guest profiles, history, sales and marketing
  • Manage the Revenue Management System with strict adherence to the hotel?s standards and audit preparation requirements
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
