Job Description

Our client is a prominent organization in the research and development sector, dedicated to driving innovation and excellence. They are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join their team in Abu Dhabi.The Research Analyst position is a versatile role that encompasses a wide range of fields. The ideal candidate will be proficient in conducting research across various subjects, with a preference for those with expertise in economics or data analytics. Flexibility and proficiency in multiple disciplines are essential. Given the academic nature of much of the work, an advanced degree is required.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support research projects.
  • Use statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant information and insights.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Maintain organized records of research activities and findings.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, best practices, and new research methodologies.
  • Recommend improvements to research processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree is required (MA or PhD).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in research and data analysis.
  • Experience Background in social sciences preferred.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
