Act as the focal point for customer enquiries Exceed expectations by increasing standards of customerservice also ensure affective complaintmanagement (Addressing customers concerns, at your doorservices, enhanced TAT...etc.) Constantly design and execute strategies to increasingbusiness penetration within the region Liaise with Corporate & Investment banking, businessbanking team to provide their clients with acomplete package on retail banking proposition Drive multi product sales with a focused approach onincreasing corporate profitability Monitor emerging opportunities in Market, Industry andCompetition and share information withthe Business Intelligence team to keep plans/ strategiesagile and improvise in a changinglandscape Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies andCode of Conduct of the bankRequirements Master s Degree5 years relevant experience in the banking sectorStrong relationship management skillsAbility to grow and maintain relationships with anyindividual, irrespective of the background and type of personalityStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong creativity and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to work with recent technological applicationsrelating to daily tasksStrong detail- orientation and top-level self organizationAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneouslyWillingness to put in more working hours, even at odd timesPosses reliable problem solving ability
