POSITION SUMMARYUnder the guidance of the leader, the recreation experience expert will ensure the highest standards of maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the Pool and Beach operation. Ensure guests safety and effective service are provided whilst they utilizethe facilities. General supervision of the Pool & Beach area. Cross promotion of the Recreation offerings and Nation Riviera memberships. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Pool and Beach areas. These areas should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the Health and Safety Standards.You willhelp with the development of the Pool systems and procedures and to make sure that they are kept up to date on a regular basis. You willprovide direct personal assistance/support to the guests whenever appropriate and to ensure the provision of an effective service for the Pool and Beach area.You must attend all training courses and department meetings as deemed necessary andmust adhere to training as set down by the Manager.You willassist in the day to day running of the Pool and Beach area operation.You will be responsible for stock of towels and ensure a par stock level appropriate to the business demands.You willreceive training to ensure that all-relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the pool. QUALIFICATION STANDARDSEducationHigh school degree required. ExperienceMust have at least 24 months experience in the luxury hospitality industry. More experiencepreferred.
