Job Description

Overview / ResponsibilitiesWood is currently recruiting for a Receptionist (UAE National) to be based in Abu Dhabi office. The selected candidate will perform a full range of Receptionist functions. This assignment may require the candidate to:

  • Greeting visitors, job applicants, vendors and salespeople and inform the appropriate person regarding the visit
  • Receiving and answering all incoming telephone calls and redirect them to the appropriate extensions
  • Preparing standard communication for staff and provide back-up secretarial support
Skills / Qualifications
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Well adept in utilizing MS Office
  • Good communication, reporting and presentation skills
