Job Description

  • Greet visitors & members warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Responsible for appearance of reception, advertising, competitions and courses.
  • Keep up to date schedule of activities and events time table and designs, refresh all notice boards and announcements of the center.
  • To answer phone calls, receive e-mails and reply to them as per the standards.
  • To receive, control and distribute all the keys of the center facilities.
  • Ensure reception area is always clean, tidy and matching the standards.
