Mprove Fitness Gym is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of our gym while also managing our social media presence.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and addressing member concerns
  • Manage gym access, check-ins, and registrations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
  • Act as the point of contact for gym-related information and promotions
  • Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling engaging content across various platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends, New Tools, and promotions to provide relevant information to the company.
