Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and member inquiries
Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally and promptly
Manage the class schedule and assist members with app-based or manual bookings
Process payments for memberships, packages, and retail items
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
