Job Description

The Receptionist position in the construction and building industry is a pivotal role that serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the office, contributing to a positive work environment and enhancing the company?s image.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  4. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company?s services.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  7. Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  8. Maintain records of visitors and manage visitor access.
  9. Assist in organizing company events and meetings as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. On Visit Visa
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  6. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  10. Experience in a similar role within the construction or building industry is preferred.
  11. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
