Job Description

  • Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our practice.?
  • Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area.
  • Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
  • Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.?
  • Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
  • Respond to emails that arrive using the general office email address
