Job descriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and results- driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven experience in Abu Dhabi real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's real estate portfolio, developing long-term client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business growth.Requirements:* Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi market.* Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, marketing or a related filed.*License: Must have a UAE driving license and a car.Benefits:* Attractive commission with a good salary.*Health insurance and other employee benefits.* Career development and training opportunities.Key Responsibilities:*Sales & Client Management- Proactively source and develop new leads through networking, cold calling and client referrals.- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers and investors.- Maintain regular communications with clients to provide updates on property listings and market conditions.- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth process from prospecting to contract signing.*Market Knowledge & Analysis-Stay up to date with current market trends, property values and competitor activities.- Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.-Conduct market research to identify opportunities for client's investment and expansion.* Relationship Building & Networking-Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate developers and legal advisors.-Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and other relevant real estate functions to enhance visibility and business growth.
