Job Description

The real estate research advisor will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive database in respect of real estate transaction activity within Abu Dhabi (priority) and then wider UAE. The database is intended to contain historic real estate transaction data (sales and leasing) as well as future supply pipelines across all real estate sectors [residential, offices, retail, industrial and hotel and hospitality]Real Estate Data CollationThe key responsibility will be to undertake a comprehensive data collation process in respect of real estate data across the emirate of Abu Dhabi from market sources, media, developers, municipal entities, brokers and other sources. The data will cover the main real estate sectors including (but not limited to) :-

  • Residential (single and multi-family housing, serviced residences, branded residences and co-living)
  • Commercial (office, serviced offices and retail)
  • Industrial & Logistics
  • Hotel & Hospitality
The data will cover the main Abu Dhabi suburbs including on and off Island and focus on the sale and leasing markets.Key Data points required for all assets include (but not limited to) :-
  • Sales / Rental Prices
  • Sales / Rental transaction information
  • Hotel ? ADR?s and Occupancies
  • Supply pipeline (units / years / developers)
  • Purchase demographics (if possible)
Following the data collation, the role will include maintenance of the database.Note: 6 months contract only
