Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Property Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and be ready to start immediately. This role offers a competitive salary plus a high commission, providing an excellent opportunity for those eager to advance their career in real estate.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in leasing properties, providing detailed information and advice on the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Conduct property viewings, answer client inquiries, and negotiate lease terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to leasing agreements.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license and vehicle is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid residency or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
