Portals Listing Agent responsibilities include listing properties on Bayut, Property Finder and other listing portals.Accountabilities Fulfilling all portal publishing standards and compliance standards for publishing units shared by Listing team and management Ensure all portals are updated with the latest information, contact details, company and units? descriptions, logo, pictures etc Daily Listing review for the listings on all platform New Listings added as per each platform quality score and raking system following their standards Refreshing the ad frequently from the scratch Troubleshoots CRM and Portals and contact support team when needed Verify agents on Property Finder Dubizzle, Property Finder and Bayut Refreshing Add listings to Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder Update feature listings on the website Extract Leads from CRM for leads vs cost reports Proven work experience as a Portal Agent Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks Additional qualification in Content Writer
