Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi. This role involves working closely with property owners to list and market their properties effectively.˙Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Listing: Identify and list residential and commercial properties for sale or rent.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners to secure the best deals for our clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including online listings and open houses.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents and team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
