Job Description

Job Title: Leasing AgentLocation: Abu dhabiJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, responsible for showcasing available rental properties, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and maintaining positive tenant relations. If you enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and a passion for real estate, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with prospective tenants, both in person and via phone/email
  • Conduct property tours and highlight features and benefits of available units
  • Assist applicants with leasing paperwork and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Perform background checks, credit checks, and reference verifications
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, pricing, and market trends
  • Coordinate lease renewals and move-in/move-out processes
  • Ensure leasing office, model units, and common areas are presentable and welcoming
  • Meet leasing targets and occupancy goals as defined by management
  • Maintain accurate records using property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
  • Address tenant inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (if property tours off-site)
