Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers? disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile. Oversee all aspects of sellers transactions from initial contact to executed purchase agreement. Prospect and conduct outbound lead generation activities for new listing appointments. Track all outbound & inbound lead generation activities: from leads-contacts-appointments-contracts. Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and agents representing buyers until acceptance. Prepare/Analyze Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation appointments. Maintain and update the listing availability on Bayut, Property Finder, & Dubizzle. Schedule, coordinate, and assist with photoshoots and property-staging Collect and enrich property information, ensuring data accuracy in our system Answer client questions about the property listing process.
