• Identifying and monitoring the consolidated performance indicators of all affiliates in relation to the work of the real estate sector in coordination with the strategic affairs sector
• Identifying and managing central development projects for all subsidiaries in relation to the work of the real estate sector in coordination with the strategic affairs sector
• Participating in the review and approval of the strategic and operational plans of the subsidiaries in relation to the tasks of the real estate sector in coordination with the relevant authorities
• Supervising the preparation of studies and research related to real estate work as a preliminary stage to provide accurate information and data to propose and prepare real estate legislation
• Supervising the proposal and preparation of laws, legislation, regulations, policies and regulations for the real estate sector based on the law of construction and decrees issued regarding the tasks of the department and its affiliates in coordination with the legal and government sector
• Supervising the proposal and preparation of standards, evidence, references and technical documents on legislation and laws governing the real estate sector in coordination with the legal and government sector
• Supervising the promotion of real estate investment through the availability of information and data to investors about investment opportunities in the real estate field in the emirate
• Ensuring compliance by executives, including municipalities, in the application of legislation, laws, regulations and policies and the quality of their implementation
• Supervising and ensuring that the operational procedures and processes carried out in the municipalities are consistent with the legislative system in the emirate.
• Supervising the identification and measurement of the impact of the application of legislation, laws and policies to beneficiaries and making recommendations for amendment
• Supervising the development and maintenance of laws, regulations, policies and regulations after application to amend and improve them and modify standards, evidence, references and technical documents to comply with new legislation and policies and to support the growth of the real estate sector?
• Reporting compliance in law enforcement for oversight and performance follow-up
• Supervising the preparation and issuance of specialized real estate reports and studies in the real estate market and introducing it, preparing bulletins and data that serve those studies, and providing decision makers with their results to benefit from them in developing and implementing government policies and programs and raising the level of transparency
• Supervising the development of measures to protect and stabilize the real estate market in the emirate based on a careful study of market movements and in cooperation and coordination with the competent authorities
• Supervising the promotion of real estate inside and outside the emirate through clear and targeted strategies and organization and participation?in conferences, events, real estate exhibitions, spatial data and local, regional and international address
• Ensuring the dissemination of real estate knowledge through the preparation and implementation of various real estate training programs to qualify workers in the real estate market, developers and real estate brokers, and other practitioners of real estate activities in the emirate, as well as the preparation and implementation of educational and awareness programs on the rights and duties of customers in the real estate sector
• Supervising the proposal of the operational framework to define the roles and responsibilities of the government agencies involved in the development of the system of addressing, geographical names, street names, spatial data and survey work in the Emirate and submit them to the Executive Board of Accreditation?
• Participating in the promotion and activation of the use of spatial data through the unified regulations of the municipal system
• Coordination with the institutional affairs sectors regarding human resources, electronic systems and applications, and the financial costs required for the sector and its subsidiaries
• Do any tasks assigned to them by the General Manager
