Job Description

We are hiring - Immediate requirement:Position: Real Estate Call Center Agent / DispatcherExperience: 1-3 years (must)Salary: Up to 5,000 AEDWork location: Abu DhabiCall Center Agents work in a call center setting surrounded by other call center employees answering customers? questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their problems. They usually follow a script with prepared responses based on customer?s questions and replies. After working closely with the customers to resolve their issues.Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaintsAccountabilities:

  • Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company?s new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
