Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will also be responsible for conducting market research and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the local real estate market.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  2. Provide guidance and assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately.
  3. Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations.
  5. Market and advertise properties to potential buyers and tenants.
  6. Arrange and accompany clients during property viewings.
  7. Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as contracts and leases.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi.
  2. Proven track record of successful property sales and rentals.
  3. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  8. Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate tools.
  9. Valid UAE drivers license preffered.
  10. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred).
