  • You will be responsible for sale or leasing of properties in Abu Dhabi, by building a competitive and profitable work environment, maximizing revenue, minimizing cost and achieving company?s business objectives.
  • You will take care of liaising with our clients in order to accommodate their buying and rental requirements.
  • You will get the exposure to assist and consult clients throughout the buying or leasing process by providing them with updated and accurate market information
  • You will be establishing and building long term effective, positive, and professional working relationships with internal and external clients (Landlords, Tenants, Investors, Developers and colleagues)
  • Your negotiation skills will be critical in concluding leases and sales transactions.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service or marketing.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player and self-driven attitude.
  • Commitment towards high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Own vehicle and valid UAE Driving License a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
  • Ability to work remotely and independently meet timelines and deliverables
  • Well organized, self-disciplined and professional
