Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and commercial control for high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in material take-offs, contract administration, and cost management, ensuring financial efficiency and project profitability.? Key Responsibilities•Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works•Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements•Manage tendering processes, including subcontractor evaluation and negotiation•Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare cost reports•Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate claims•Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial terms•Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to align cost strategies•Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and payment applications•Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options•Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards?
