We are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyorsto join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE for a site-based role . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.RequirementsProvision of post contract QS servicesEngender a team spirit that encourages delivery excellence.Co-ordinate and work with the wider Faithful+Gould business.Retain and own close contact with client individuals.Must have land reclamation experience.Commercial Contract Administration and Change managementInterim valuations and payment certificatesVariations analysis and recommendations, Contractor?s claimsPerforming risk and value management and cost control functionsUndertaking costs analysis project work, prepare estimates of variation works.Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risksPreparation of cost report and monitor the cash flow.Reporting to Client Representative on all commercial issuesClient facing and involvement in commercial meetingsManaging workload with minimal supervisionUnderstanding the implications of health and safety regulationsMust have previous experience of FIDIC contractsDegree in Quantity Surveying from recognized universityMin 5 years pre-contract experienceMust have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 2 yearsKnowledge in the use of QS software or similar is requiredDemonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsTeam and /or independent workerPossess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
