Responsibilities˙Knowledge of Quantity Take-off for Tenders.Process knowledge of building construction project.Calculate Qty pre tender stage and proficient in preparing commercial offer for tender.Monitor Tender/Contract Comparison efforts on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the relevant staff. Review Contract Review Checklists periodically.Arrange offers from the suppliers for different tenders.Assist Tendering Engineer in submission of tenders.Review of documents required for the submission of tender.Liaise with the Project Control for monitoring variation/ claim aspects across the Company.Final Accounts (Client / Subcontractors) in conjunction with relevant parties.Attend Project progress/co-ordination meetings where necessary.Contractual/Claim issues relating to Client payment demands up to the Final Account.
