Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.•Monitor project expenditures and ensure they remain within budget.•Conduct risk assessments and advise on project feasibility.•Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities.•Manage variations, claims, and dispute resolutions.•Provide regular updates and reports on project status and costs.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.•min 5 years of experience in quantity surveying.•Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, or similar.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
