Conduct detailed cost analyses, prepare budget estimates and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project scope. Develop tender documents, evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Monitor project costs, manage budget alignment, handle variations and ensure compliance with contract terms. Administer claims, disputes and payment extensions efficiently.Prepare forecasts, cash flow analyses and performance reviews while advising on cost-saving measures and risk mitigation strategies.Prepare and finalize accounts with contractors, ensuring complete documentation of project costs and payments.
