Job Description

Our ClientOur client a leading Cloud Solutions Provider is hiring an experienced Quality Manager with at least 5 years of Quality Management experience, ideally ISO 9000 Certified for a permanent role in Abu Dhabi.Your Responsibilities

  • Work as part of PMO, Product and Delivery team to ensure synergy across quality, communication and business change
  • Definition of quality documents to be created
  • Ongoing management of all documentation
  • Creation of Communications plan for end client
  • Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information.
  • Preparing change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluating cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes.
  • Consulting with staff members and identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
  • Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.
  • Assisting with the restructuring of the staff component to optimize the effective implementation of the project.
  • Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.
  • Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication
  • Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality
  • Oversee other quality control staff
  • Hire, train and evaluate staff
  • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data
  • Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation
  • Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes
  • Investigate customers needs and want and develop a strategy for meeting their needs
  • Communicate with the Product Development team on a daily basis
Your Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role
  • Experience in doing customer research with the purpose to assess their needs and wants
  • Experience with Quality Assurance Management
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company?s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
  • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
