At Proserv, we aim to develop our business around a valued and motivated workforce that encourages personal development and allows our people to flourish and realise their fullest potential.Role SynopsisTo primarily assist with Production, Operations and QualityKey Accountabilities(includes, but not limited to the following) * Directly support all QC Activities.* Specifically take ownership and accountability for the inspection of inbound and outbound items.* Complete the necessary documentation to demonstrate quality checks have been undertake in accordance with relevant standards.* Assist with the Implementation of new ideas to reduce process cycle in production activities.* Inspection Process for the quality check prospective and reduce client punch points.* Compile and complete detailed reports on all product inspections, defects, repairs and return rates.* Effectively communicate with departmental leads to allow for efficient and accurate movement of materials throughout all Quality-based initiatives.* Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and periodic audits; investigate customer complaints; in collaboration with other team member.* Any other responsibilities deemed essential to the operation as requested by the Quality LeadCompliance RequirementsProserv have a Business Ethics Policy (?the policy?) which provides guidance to all employees in their day to day roles as well as helping you and the business comply with the law at all times. The incumbent must read, understand and comply with, at all times, the policy along with all other corresponding policies, procedures and directives.QHSE Responsibilities* Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment* Apply Proserv, and where appropriate Client Company?s, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Policies and Safety Management Systems* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, and lead by example to ensure company goals are achieved and exceededQualificationsEducationEssential * Engineering or Diploma in mechanical or electrical or equivalent certificate course* MS OFFICE* Exceptional attention to detail* Industry recognised Certification in Quality control, Inspection and Assurance Preferred * Auto Cad* Knowledge of warehouse* Aware of all ISO certifications and Lead Auditor trainingExperienceEssential * Person should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in similar field and at similar capacity* Must be qualified in Health and Safety* Experience of dealing with client and sub vendors Preferred * Awareness in Firefighting & First aid* Product knowledge in Pressure Test Equipment, WHCP & CIS and related components Apply Now
