Quality Planning (Product) under supervision: advanced quality planning, inspection, control, and assurance.
Quality Management (Product and Processes): support for performance monitoring, requirements & standards compliance.
Quality System: audit support.
Programs Quality ? Execution under supervision: conformity assurance to Standards.
Supplier Quality ? Execution under supervision: requirements assurance, Supply Chain quality performance monitoring and management.
Product & Process Qualification: execution, implementation, monitoring.
Training: conducts internal training related to Quality, supporting processes (FOD Program, etc.), standards & regulations.
Activities & Tasks
Preparing under supervision Procedures, Instructions, Forms, Flow Diagram according to the applicable aeronautical regulations, standards ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110 and other relevant standards.
Mapping macroprocess map and area SIPOC and its respective Flow diagram.
Intra areas coordination to develop their process interaction.
Using the lessons learned and background to define the Control Plans, Program Quality Plans, Test Plans, Qualification Plans, and others related to product Quality.
Perform Suppliers performance management.
Reports any non-conformances to Calidus Management System (Quality, Safety, Information Security).
Follows organizational safety and health rules and works in safe manner.
Processes and Records: management, identification, generation, execution, addressment.
