Job Description

We are currently looking for immediate joiner for the post of QUALITY COORDINATOR.Qualification Required: Bachelor?s Degree in business administration, management, any allied medical courses or any related fieldExtensive knowledge or certification in Quality ManagementExperience:Minimum 3-5 years in a similar industryKey Responsibilities:

  • Vast knowledge in quality management system of the facility.
  • Able to create, prepare, monitor improve policies, procedures and protocols and in compliance with regards to the implemented standards
  • Able to plan, guide, collect and data analysis.
  • Able to participate effectively in committees to aim implementing quality improvement principles.
  • Able to handle accreditation activities by communicating with various departments and coordinates action plans whenever necessary.
  • Able to Plan and conduct the internal quality inspections programs.
  • Report any incidences or the performance of the facility?s quality system to the assistant quality manager.
  • Coordinate with quality consulting and certifying bodies.
  • Knowledgeable in the KPI (health care sector).
  • Ensure that the effectiveness of the QMS where continual improvements are available
