Plan overall training program to improve job performance and compliance with project requirement for all project related staffs
Report on quality status and implement SECL quality ruleset (QPS, Consolidate Quality Check Gate etc.)
Establish Project Quality Plan and Quality Objectives
Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System(QMS) and its maintenance and continual improvement based on Contract Agreement and ADNOC DGS requirement
Assure that the Project quality activities for the entire EPC stage comply with the requirements by performing reviews, surveillances, audits, etc.
Establish Quality Performance Indicator and managing actual result
Coordination among SECL and JV partners, Client regarding quality matters for QMS
Five (5) or more years in managing quality of capital projects related to the Contract scope of WORK or ADNOC related projects
Valid international certification (i.e., ISO 9001 or ASQ) as a Quality Auditor, or equivalent preferred
Ability to interpret, audit, apply and exercise judgment on ADNOC DGS (Design General Specification), Exhibit B.10 Quality Management Requirement
