We are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator & Test Baker to support quality assurance activities and bakery application testing for our range of bakery ingredients and finished products. The role involves conducting bake tests, performing physical and chemical analyses, supporting batch release decisions, maintaining quality records, investigating product complaints, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct application and bake testing of cake, bread, doughnut, and other bakery mixes as per approved baking instructions.Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.Support the timely release of production batches based on quality and bake test results.Maintain bakery testing records, quality reports, and product evaluation data.Investigate product complaints through bake analysis and quality assessment.Collaborate with QA, Production, and R&D teams to resolve quality concerns and process deviations.Perform online quality checks and batch verification activities as required.Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety requirements, and quality management systems.Report non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and specification reviews.QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bakery Technology, or a related discipline.2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Testing, Bakery Operations, or Product Application Testing.Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety systems, and bakery manufacturing processes.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.SkillsProactive in approach.Time Management skills and able to handle peer pressure.Technical knowledge regarding baking.Data entry
