As the Quality and Business Support Manager you?re responsible for defining and establishing the activities for managing the quality management system for both the business and Qualification Framework Project, ensuring successful delivery of the new Qualification Framework capability.?Primary duties????????????? Develop, maintain and deliver the Quality Management Strategy & Plan(s) including planning, control & assurance????????? Manage the Quality Management System including the development and implementation of quality processes including audit, assurance and review????????? Review the project?s organisation, processes and products????????? Work closely with the Landmarc Education Team (LET) Quality Manager to ensure coherence of the approach to and delivery of Quality management and planning.????????? Ensure that the Quality Criteria and information is incorporated into other project plans and reports????????? Undertake regular Quality Reviews of the deliverables/products????????? Deliver the Configuration Management function????????? Maintenance of accreditation, licensing and regulatory requirements????????? Act as lead auditor, collating reports and implementing action plans as required
