Job Description

Position Title: QHSE SpecialistEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best Flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure all food products meet safety and quality standards across multiple restaurants and the central kitchen.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Implement environmental policies and practices to promote sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of restaurant and kitchen operations.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on QHSE protocols, ensuring all employees are informed and adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Lead investigations into any quality or safety incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
