Job Description

Job Purpose:The QHSE Engineer is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Contract Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System, ensuring continuous improvement in line with the Integrated Management System.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
  • Communicate QHSE Management System information throughout the contract and promote HSE awareness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for QHSE matters within the contract.
  • Provide training on quality management, HSE, and project management to employees.
  • Participate in tender and project teams as the QHSE expert.
  • Conduct HSE inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Manage HSE records and prepare reports, including non-conformity reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and facilitate project HSE risk assessments.
