Black & Grey is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QAQC Engineer to join a prominent landscaping company based in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidate will document and report on quality metrics, contributing to process improvements and high-quality project delivery.- Develop and implement QA procedures and policies for construction and landscape projects.- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.- Collaborate with project teams to set quality benchmarks and objectives.- Review project plans for potential quality issues.- Manage a comprehensive quality control program.- Perform on-site inspections and material tests.- Document and report deviations, and implement corrective actions.- Maintain detailed QA/QC records and generate regular status reports.- Communicate quality issues and resolutions with stakeholders.- Promote a culture of quality among project personnel.- Conduct workshops and meetings on quality-related concerns.- Identify opportunities for process improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations.- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate quality requirements.- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers meet quality standards.- Participate in project meetings for quality-related input.Requirements- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field.- Detail-oriented, technically proficient, and strong communication skills.- Immediately Available candidates preferred˙BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits˙
