QA/QC ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).•Lead all internal and external quality audits (client, consultant, regulatory bodies) and manage the non-conformance reporting (NCR) process.•Oversee the QA/QC Inspectors, ensuring systematic inspection of materials, workmanship, and methodologies.•Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and material inspection requests.•Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.•Analyze quality performance data and report to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.•Ensure all quality records are properly maintained and traceable.Qualifications & Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred.•Minimum 12-15 years in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on major construction projects in the UAE/GCC.•In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes and regulations.
