QA/QC ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob Details :•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).•Certifications in ISO 9001, QA/QC, or Project Quality Management (mandatory); HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are an advantage.•Strong knowledge of UAE municipal regulations, environmental codes, and international landscaping standards.•Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in quality management within construction, landscaping, or related industries.•At least 3–5 years in a managerial QA/QC role with responsibility for inspections, audits, compliance, and team leadership.•Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape quality standards.•Strong expertise in ISO 9001:2015, QA/QC systems, and compliance with UAE HSE and municipal regulations.•Demonstrated ability to lead inspections, audits, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive measures are effectively implemented.•Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to foster a culture of quality and accountability.•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.•Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.•Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC reporting systems, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
