We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA QC Manager to join our dynamic team in the interior fit out industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the construction and interior fit out sector.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing projects to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality control procedures.- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control processes and best practices.- Monitor the performance of materials and equipment to verify their compliance with project specifications and standards.- Coordinate with external quality assurance professionals and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Participate in the development and maintenance of quality management systems to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery.
