QA/QC Manager

A US pipe fabrication company based in Abu Dhabi, the fastest-growing turn-key industrial pipe fabrication organization in the world is seeking to hire a QA/QC Manager.The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the development, installation, and modification of advanced scientific and/or engineered methods, applications, programs, procedures, revisions, and software. He/she will Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications or modifications for processing quality products & processes.To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:.Comply and ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations..Maintain ongoing contact with staff members of API, third party personnel, quality consultants, and customers..Maintain a continual improvement of the product & process throughout the entire organization..Develop advice, publish, and implement policies pertaining to Quality and Technology..Processing of complaints and claims for Tubular Solutions Inc. and those from customers..Manage and Structure both Quality and Technical Departments.Maintain Metallurgical Lab functions and acquire resources to provide up-to-date technology and compliance..Review and Approve the SOP and Quality Management System..Disposition off-site Quality Issues that may be of concern to the company.Provide Internal Audits for Tubular Solutions Inc. and External Audits of Outsourced Processors..Provide Monthly Status Reports..Manage and Maintain the Non-Conformance Log..Assess the performance of blasters and painters and determine if their certification needs to be removed..Review and Approve Work Orders..Provide a Management Review Report as required..Review and/or Issue Purchase Requisitions for products or outsource processes that maintain the companys QMS..Direct authority over Quality and Technical System Departments and personnel..Direct authority over the quality process can stop production at any time that is deemed necessary..Reports to the Director of QA and Technical Support..Other activities as assigned.Requirements.Bachelors degree or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience..Total Exp more than 15 years and at least 5 years of relevant work experience as an QA/QC Manager..Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals..Performs a variety of complicated tasks.Competency Statement(s)
