. Performs inspections and tests to ensure that materials and products meet quality standards and reviews the implementation of quality assurance criteria and processes. . Carries out the inspection, identification and resolution of inspection problems, establishing high level of confidence with regards to the materials and products being incorporated into the project. . Maintains quality to the required standards and directs initiatives: . Ensure all the necessary updated technical documentation, especially Inspection Assignment Package and Inspection Assignment Sheet to perform the inspection activity is present / available at hand. . Use statistical quality control methods through monitor and record. . Ensure the use of appropriate instruments and tools in conducting test and check. . Ensure vendors equipments, instruments and tools used are properly calibrated and requiring the vendor proof with valid calibration certificates. Profile Description Bachelors degree or Diploma Engineering CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI - Welding Inspection BGAS Gr. 2 / NACE Painting Level 2 NDE (ASNT / PCN) Level II in RT, PT, MT, UT and VT Bachelors degree with min. 10years experience, Diploma Engineering with min. 15years experience Experience in the field of Mechanical, Welding, NDE, Coating / Painting & HVAC Systems both offshore and onshore. Buried and above ground Oil & Gas supply pipelines, Tanks, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Heavy steel structural, offshore modules, Skid Packages, Specialist coating (FBE, 3LPE, 3LPP, Concrete, Fire proofing), Pipe Mills (Line Pipe & Structural)
